Expansion Joint Sealant ECO Weld2

ECO Weld2 will bond most engineering materials. ECO Weld2 forms an excellent structural bond to a wide variety of materials including metals, composites, wood and even some plastics. ECO Weld has excellent chemical and water resistance making them suitable for harsh environmental conditions and an excellent choice for high-strength structural bonding.

ECO Weld2 is a two-component 100% solid polyurea based joint sealant. ECO Weld2 is a self-leveling and will protect interior horizontal concrete expansion, and control joints from: splintering, chipping, and other breakdowns. ECO Weld2 was designed to have a fast cure times and strong adhesion to concrete. ECO Weld2 can be applied in temperatures from -34° C to 212° C (-30° F to 350° F). ECO Weld2 is water insensitive, chemical resistant, and thermally stable in high and low temperatures. ECO Weld2 is the harder version of ECO Weld and is sold in 900 ml cartridges.

ECO Weld2 can be used in automotive, aerospace, construction, and marine industries. ECO Weld2 can be easily dispensed. No measuring or hand mixing is needed. ECO Weld2 will cure in minutes at room temperature and are solvent and odor free.
