Expansion Joint Sealant

ECO Weld expansion joint sealant is designed for any commercial joint sealant use. ECO Weld is especially effective as a masonry expansion joint sealant and in commercial window joint sealant applications. Use ECO Weld anywhere you would use a urethane concrete joint sealant. Rather than using a joint sealant tool, ECO Weld epoxy is applied with Ecolink's point and shoot cartridge system.

ECO Weld will bond most engineering materials. ECO Weld forms an excellent structural bond to a wide variety of materials including metals, composites, wood and even some plastics. ECO Weld has excellent chemical and water resistance making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions and is an excellent choice for high-strength structural bonding.

ECO Weld is a two-component 100% solid polyurea based joint sealant. ECO Weld is a self-leveling and will protect interior horizontal concrete expansion, and control joints from: splintering, chipping, and other breakdowns. ECO Weld was designed to have a fast cure times and strong adhesion to concrete. ECO Weld can be applied in temperatures from -34° C to 212° C (-30° F to 350° F). ECO Weld is water insensitive, chemical resistant, and thermally stable in high and low temperatures. ECO Weld is sold in 1500 ml cartridges.

ECO Weld can be used in automotive, aerospace, construction, and marine industries. ECO Weld is easily dispensed. No measuring or hand mixing is needed. ECO Weld will cure in minutes at room temperature and is solvent and odor free.
