Our chemical resistant coating system was selected to provide a safety barrier between hazardous materials and the environment. Our 100% solids heavy duty epoxy was used as the primer, then our chemical/heat resistant polyurea coating was applied with a plural component high-pressure spray. Joints and cracks were sealed with our rapid-setting polyurea joint sealant. These fast-curing, low odor, no VOC coatings achieved an eco-friendly solution, minimizing downtime and providing superior resistance to chemicals, weathering and high heat applications.

These coatings may either be applied with a sprayer or with a roller. Our chemical resistant polyurea is a tough, low maintenance coating, designed to provide superior long-term performance under rigorous service conditions.

Our coatings prolong the service life of infrastructure and provide an excellent barrier from aggressive chemicals and acids. Aggregate may be broadcast into the coatings to provide a textured, non-slip surface for an extra measure of safety. Our coatings are suitable for interior and exterior applications, and provide anti-graffiti protection.

Ecolink’s coatings contain no VOC’s and are no/low odor. They meet USDA/FDA/CFIA requirements for incidental food contact and for use in regulated food facilities.
