ECO Weld Rapid Set Polyurea has been used for a wide range of concrete slab repair projects (warehouse, loading docks, roadways, airports, etc), where fast traffic access is important. ECO Weld is used to seal joints and cracks and repair spalls in concrete slabs, subject to heavy vehicle traffic loads. This product is tough enough to withstand the impact of heavy traffic, yet flexible enough to accommodate movement. Due to its rapid-setting capability in temperatures down to -40°F, repair areas can be returned to service in as little as 30 minutes. ECO Weld may be broadcast with aggregate to provide a non-slip finish.
ECO Weld may be applied with a dual component dispense pump, dual component cartridges or by hand-mix methods. This polyurea is low maintenance and designed to provide superior long-term performance under rigorous service conditions.
ECO Weld contains no VOC’s, is low odor and is designed for interior and exterior applications. It is available in an aliphatic version (ECO Weld-AL) where UV stability (colorfast) is important. ECO Weld meets USDA/FDA/CFIA requirements for use in food facilities.
